The National Administration of Meteorology announced on Saturday a Code Yellow warning for heavy downpours and thunderstorms affecting Bucharest municipality and localities in Ialomita, Argeș, Prahova, Giurgiu, Ilfov, Ilfov, Teleorman, Dâmbovița and Olt counties. By 17:30, water accumulations of 10-20 liters/mp are expected, wind intensities of 45-50 km/h and the possibility of small hail. The warnings are issued for a maximum period of 6 hours.
