Alin Neacșu, a 33-year-old physiotherapist, was found dead in a private medical unit in Pitești, where he had been working since 2014. He was married to a doctor from the Argeș County Emergency Hospital and they had a little boy together. His behavior had not raised any questions before the incident, and colleagues described him as balanced and dedicated. In recent weeks, the family seemed united and happy, according to social media posts.

The police were notified on February 2, and investigations are being conducted by the Criminal Investigation Office under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office. A criminal case has been opened for manslaughter, and a forensic autopsy will determine the cause of death. Alin also worked in the ICU and Orthopedics departments, participating in training courses in the field of medical rehabilitation.
