The administrator of a commercial company from Tulcea has been sent to trial by the Prosecutor's Office next to the Alba Tribunal for serious consequences fraud. He falsely reported the recycling of over 2,550 tons of glass waste, involving another company that was unaware of the fraud.

The total damage caused to the Environmental Fund Administration exceeds 5.1 million lei, as the company misled the authority by reporting an amount of unrecycled waste. Prosecutors emphasized that the act was committed intentionally, and precautionary measures have been taken on three plots of land owned by the defendant to ensure the recovery of the damage. The case has been sent for trial to the Alba Tribunal.
