Salvamont Romania announces that 58 people have been rescued in the last 24 hours.

Salvamont Romania reported that, in the last 24 hours, 58 emergency intervention calls were received, the majority coming from Salvamont Sinaia, with 14 requests.

Other areas with multiple calls include Salvamont Brașov, Maramureș, and Caraș Severin, each having seven calls.

Of the rescued individuals, 21 were transported to the hospital by SAJ, SMURD, or SALVAMONT ambulances, and one was rescued with the help of a SMURD helicopter. The rest of the individuals were transported by their relatives.

Additionally, 32 calls were received for information and advice about mountain tourist trails.
