42-year-old man found dead in Dorohoi, next to an euthanasia device

A 42-year-old man was found dead on a street in Dorohoi, on the morning of June 6, having suffered a severe head injury.

The spokesperson for the County Ambulance Service (SJA), Carmen Răgoșcă, stated that the medical team found clear signs of death, incompatible with resuscitation efforts. Near the victim, a device used for euthanizing animals was identified, which raised suspicions regarding the circumstances of the death.

The police have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the injuries, considering the possibility of suicide. An operational team of criminal investigation and forensic police officers has been formed to conduct detailed inquiries in this case.
