The Capital City Hall announces the introduction of 22 new trolleybuses, Yutong U12, with 100% autonomy, which will operate on lines 86, 93, and 97 starting Monday. These trolleybuses are designed to operate even on sections without electric power supply, making them ideal in the context of ongoing transport infrastructure works. The traffic modifications include the suspension of shuttle lines 685 and 686, and line 86 will have an adjusted route to ensure service continuity. The trolleybuses can carry up to 93 passengers and can travel a minimum of 20 km without power supply. Representatives of the City Hall emphasize that these measures will optimize public transport in areas affected by the works, facilitating citizens' access to work and other destinations.
