Following the heavy rainfall in the last 48 hours, IGSU reported the impact on 110 localities in 22 counties. Nine people were evacuated preventively from Constanța County, and road traffic is closed on DN 2A. Emergency response teams acted to evacuate water from 86 flooded properties, rescuing four people caught by the floods. IGSU recommends that the population follow official information sources and prepare for emergency interventions.
