The announcement was made during Milan Men's Fashion Week. Andrea Guerra will take over as CEO on an interim basis. Although the Prada brand generated 68% of the group's turnover in the first quarter, it saw a slight drop in sales. In contrast, the Prada group grew 12.5% overall and recently acquired Versace to better compete with industry giants.
