Matthew Perry's personal items will be auctioned, along with memorabilia from the series "Friends".

Personal items from Matthew Perry's estate, including photographs and a collection of scripts from the show Friends, are now available for auction, announced Tuesday. The proceeds will support Perry's foundation, aimed at combating the stigma of addiction and ensuring access to resources for those seeking recovery.

Among the beneficiaries of the fund are the Fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Healing Appalachia, a music festival dedicated to recovery. Perry, who struggled with addiction throughout his life, passed away on October 28, 2023.

The auction includes 26 scripts from Friends, a SAG award, and artwork from renowned artists. The open auction allows bidders to place bids ahead of the live event on June 5. Perry's foundation continues to promote compassion and science in the approach to addiction.
