Mircea Cărtărescu launches 'Texistence', a literary self-portrait

The author has gathered texts from various sources, carefully selecting them, and he wants readers to feel special, having access to profound and restricted literature.

Cărtărescu encouraged the audience to read this book as an unusual literary nourishment, mentioning the influences of other great writers. Bookfest, now in its 19th edition, brings together 158 exhibitors and offers 455 cultural events.
