Four Romanian pianists will perform contemporary works for the first time during the Friends. Encore, between August 26 and September 25, 2025, in various European venues.

The Friends. Encore, initiated by Adriana Toacsen, will present eight encore works in first performance by contemporary Romanian composers such as Cristian Bence-Muk and Sabina Ulubeanu. The event will take place in Vienna, Chisinau and Brussels between August 26 and September 25, 2025. The project, organized by the Encore Association and co-funded by the Romanian Cultural Institute, includes commissioned and winning works of the Encore National Competition, promoting Romanian culture internationally.
