The documentary "Tata", directed by Lina Vdovii and Radu Ciorniciuc, won the Silver Horn Award at the Krakow International Film Festival

The film, which tackles deep social issues, had its world premiere in Toronto and was supported by the Romanian Cultural Institute in Warsaw. The jury appreciated the filmmakers' effort to address intergenerational trauma. It is the second award for the pair at the festival, after they won the Golden Horn in 2020 for "Home, My Home".
