UMB work on the A7 highway will resume on August 18, depending on the resolution of payment issues.

UMB workers are on their second week of break due to delays in payments for the work. According to CNAIR, five of the six lots of the Moldova A7 highway will be financed through PNRR grants, not loans. The last lot will remain on loan, while initially, the infrastructure projects were planned to be financed on PNRR loans.
