Vladislav Blanuță, the Romanian player from Dinamo Kiev, has decided to donate 700,000 hryvnias (approximately 74,000 lei) to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a gesture that has generated various reactions in the press from the country. One sports site expressed surprise at his donation, while another called it 'scandalous', highlighting the previous controversy related to his pro-Russian posts.

Since his arrival in Ukraine, Blanuță has faced criticism from supporters who were disturbed by his attitude. Despite journalists' skepticism, another team member confirmed that Blanuță transferred part of his salary to help the Ukrainian Army. The donation came after fans asked him to make such a gesture, and the contradictory reactions reflect the complexity of the situation in which the player finds himself.
