Universitatea Cluj climbed to first place in the SuperLiga after a 2-0 victory over Gloria Buzău. The visitors opened the scoring midway through the first half following a Dan Nistor penalty, before Mamadou Thiam increased the Cluj lead before half-time from a perfect cross from Vadim Rață.
