The champion U BT Cluj defeated the German team Towers Hamburg on Tuesday, away, with a score of 95-76 (52-30), in the 5th round of group A of the BKT EuroCup. This is the third victory in the group for Mihai Silvăşan's team.

The main scorers of the match were Perrin with 17 points, Thorpe with 16, for the hosts, and Russell with 26, Miletic with 15, Guzman with 11, for U BT Cluj.

The champion of Romania will play the next group match on November 5, at home, against Cedevita Ljubljana.
