NBA: Atlanta Hawks transferred Trae Young to Washington Wizards

Atlanta Hawks, from the North American professional basketball league (NBA), has reached an agreement to send their point guard Trae Young, the team's star since 2018, to the Washington Wizards, several American publications reported on Wednesday evening.  In return, Atlanta receives CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert.

In the current NBA season, Trae Young has played only 10 games, averaging 19.3 points and 8.9 assists, being limited by a sprain in his right knee. In the previous season, he was the best passer in the league.
