Shortly after a World Cup marked by numerous controversies surrounding the Albiceleste team, a petition called "Argentina Out" has become a true global phenomenon. The initiative far exceeded expectations, gathering exactly 23,316,108 signatures in less than a week, well above the initial target set at five million.

With over 23.3 million signatures, "Argentina Out" has become one of the most popular petitions in internet history. It is the second most signed petition in history, being only about a million signatures away from the record recorded in the Guinness World Records, held by "Jubilee 200", a campaign launched in 1997 to call for the cancellation of what were deemed unbearable debts of the poorest countries. This gathered a total of 24,319,181 signatures from 166 countries.
