The delegation of the Romanian national men's handball team is stuck at Frankfurt airport due to bad weather.

The team was due to return to Bucharest after participating in the European Championship in Germany, but the TAROM aircraft could not take off due to freezing rain. The Frankfurt airport authorities suspended operations until 20:00 local time and it is not known when the delegation will arrive in the country.
