The Executive Committee of the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee has approved the composition of Romania's delegation for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, which will take place from February 6 to 22. The delegation will include 28 main athletes and one reserve, who will compete in nine sports disciplines, residing in six Olympic villages. The athletes are specialized in disciplines such as biathlon, bobsleigh, figure skating, luge, ski jumping, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. Additionally, Romania will have seven flag bearers at the ceremonies, and the events will include four opening ceremonies in different locations. Approximately 3,500 athletes from 93 countries are expected to participate in the competition, which will offer 195 medals.
