Real Madrid secured a narrow victory over Juventus to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup in the USA. Gonzalo Garcia scored the only goal of the match in the 54th minute after a cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold. Although Juventus had their chances, including a dangerous shot from Kolo Muani, Real Madrid dominated the game and had other opportunities to score. The Spanish side will meet Borussia Dortmund in the quarterfinals, replaying the 2024 Champions League final.
