Ovidiu Hațegan will take up the position of VAR Manager Analyst at the Central Referees Commission from the 2025-2026 season. In this role, he will monitor the work of the VAR referees and work with CCA President Kyros Vassaras to train them to the highest standards. Hațegan will analyze statistics and organize regular meetings to identify the potential of the top referees and improve their performance. Although he will rarely be delegated to matches, he will provide constant support to his colleagues.
