Midfielder Thomas Partey pleaded not guilty to the charges of rape and sexual assault.

Thomas Partey, at 32 years old, has been accused of five counts of rape against the two alleged victims, as well as one count of sexual assault against another woman. The alleged incidents took place between 2021 and 2022, when he was playing for Arsenal. The Ghanaian, who currently plays for the Spanish club Villarreal, is set to be tried by a Supreme Court judge at the same court on November 2nd next year.
