The judge found that the plaintiff did in fact desire sexual relations with the defendants and emphasized the credibility issues with her testimony. The defendants, who played in the NHL, were on trial for the June 2018 offenses and pleaded not guilty at the opening of trial. The decision was announced in a packed courtroom in London, Ontario.
