The champion Dinamo Bucharest managed on Thursday, at home, to achieve their first victory in Group A of the Champions League, defeating the French team HBC Nantes 29-28, after being at a disadvantage at halftime, with a score of 12-15. The main stars of the match for Dinamo were Langaro and Dedu, each scoring 6 goals, while Nistor contributed with 5. On the other side, Leopold was the most efficient player of HBC Nantes, with 7 goals. This victory allows the Dinamo team to escape the last place in the group, accumulating 2 points and climbing to the 7th position. In the eighth round, other matches were also held, and Dinamo will play their next match away on November 26, against Industria Kielce.
