Romanian swimmer David Popovici has achieved historic results, becoming the first athlete in the world to finish the 50m freestyle in 21.83 seconds, the 100m freestyle in under 47 seconds and the 200m freestyle in under 1:43. After an eight-month break, he returned to competition with clarity and motivation, winning national titles in the 50m and 200m freestyle. Popovici invited the public to attend the Nationals in Otopeni, emphasizing the importance of supporting the athletes.
