The Norwegian team Bodo/Glimt defeated Inter Milan on Tuesday evening, with a score of 2-1, in the second leg of the Champions League playoff, thus eliminating the team coached by Cristian Chivu from the competition. After losing the first leg match 3-1, the Italians dominated the first half of the match at San Siro, but failed to score. In the 58th minute, Bodo/Glimt opened the scoring through Hauge, after a mistake by Akanji. Inter had a chance through Akanji's post, but Evjen increased the Norwegians' lead in the 72nd minute. Although Bastoni scored for Inter in the 77th minute, the team finished the match defeated, with an overall score of 5-2.
