Following this defeat, Inter is seriously considering a transfer to strengthen their team, given the poor performances of goalkeeper Yann Sommer. The Italian press reported that Inter wants to bring in Mike Maignan, the goalkeeper from AC Milan, valued at 25 million euros. Maignan, who has been with Milan since 2021, has a contract until the end of the season, and discussions for its extension are complicated due to the high salary demanded by the player. Additionally, Inter needs to address the psychological recovery of Josep Martinez, who has recently gone through a tragedy. Inter's next match will be against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.
