A Nintendo spokesperson announced that pre-orders for the Switch 2, which were due to begin on April 9, will be delayed to assess the potential impact of the new tariffs. The console's release date, scheduled for June 5, 2025, remains unchanged, and the price will be $450. The postponement only applies in the US, with no changes in other countries. Nintendo also confirmed pricing for games, including Mario Kart World, which will cost $79.99.
