At an event dedicated to the youth of Moldova, the European Union ambassador, Iwona Piórko, stated that they are an integral part of the present and future of Europe. The Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, highlighted the role of young people as ambassadors of European values and emphasized the need for their involvement in the integration process. The forum brought together over 100 young people from Euroclubs, where Gherasimov discussed Moldova's achievements on the European agenda and encouraged collaboration to promote European values. Piórko mentioned Moldova's progress towards the European Union and underscored the importance of programs like Erasmus+ for youth development. The ambassador reaffirmed the European Union's support for Moldova during this period of change. The forum on the Expansion of the European Union will take place in Brussels on November 18, aiming to strengthen enlargement as a political and social project.
