The eConsulat platform has been launched to facilitate access for Moldovans in countries such as Ukraine, Canada, and Romania to consular services. The application allows for the request of partially digitized services and the scheduling of visits in advance, even for those without an electronic signature. Digitalization promises benefits such as 24/7 access to services, the elimination of repeated trips to diplomatic missions, and transparency in processing requests. The platform is in the pilot phase and will be gradually implemented.
