The Promo-LEX Observation Mission reported 73 electoral incidents in the early voting hours of the elections in Moldova, including irregularities related to the sealing of ballot boxes and organized transportation of voters.

In the early hours of the parliamentary elections in Moldova, the Promo-LEX Observation Mission reported 73 electoral incidents, including the late opening of polling stations and non-compliance with legal norms. Among the incidents are the unauthorized presence of individuals and voting with non-compliant documents. Additionally, there were reported cases of organized transportation of voters from Transnistria. Promo-LEX deployed observers in 409 polling stations to monitor the electoral process.
