The Supreme Court of Justice has ruled that the parties Alternative Force and Save Moldova, 'Chance' and 'Victory' will not be able to participate in the 2025 parliamentary elections, rejecting their appeal against their exclusion by the Central Electoral Commission. The decision was based on the non-registration of statutory changes by the Public Services Agency, considered essential to validate participation. The SCJ emphasized that the right to be elected may be conditional on compliance with legal requirements, without affecting the freedom of association of parties.
