In a videoconference with Vladimir Putin, Ilan Șor presented the company 'A7', a partner of Promsviazbank, stating that it facilitated transactions of 7.5 trillion rubles. With plans to pay 20 billion rubles in taxes by 2025, Șor emphasized that most transactions take place in Asia. 'A7' has been included on the EU and US sanctions list, being suspected of financing Șor's political network in Moldova. Although sentenced to 15 years in prison in Moldova, Șor continues to operate freely in Russia, without responding to extradition requests from Chișinău.
