The Presidential Administration of Romania has announced the conclusion of a strategic consulting contract with Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, aimed at deepening the strategic relationship with the United States of America. This initiative, supported by pro-Western democratic forces in Romania, targets national objectives such as increasing defense capacity, attracting investments, and integrating into international structures. The contract, which has an initial duration of 6 months and a maximum ceiling of 565,000 dollars/month, aligns with the constitutional responsibilities of the President in the field of foreign policy. Eversheds Sutherland, with experience in governmental relations, will facilitate dialogue with the U.S. Congress and Administration. This initiative reflects Romania's commitment to transparency and strengthening the Euro-Atlantic partnership.
