Romania is represented at the Munich Security Conference, which takes place from February 13-15, by a delegation consisting of the Minister of Defense, Radu Miruță, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana Țoiu, and the General Director of the Cybersecurity Directorate, Dan Cîmpean.
The conference addresses five main areas: Defense, Global Order, Human Security, Sustainability, and Technology, reflecting current security challenges. The agenda includes topics such as transatlantic security, European cooperation in defense, and the impact of new technologies on the military field.
Radu Miruță will participate in plenary sessions and bilateral meetings to discuss regional security and support for partners affected by the war in Ukraine.
