The final decision is to be taken at a meeting of EU interior ministers on December 11. The interior ministers of Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria and Romania met for informal talks on the date of the two countries' entry into the Schengen area. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban underlined that all criteria have been met for Romania's accession to Schengen.
