The PSD amendments aim to exempt parents on child-rearing leave and monastic personnel from recognized cults from paying the health insurance contribution (CASS). Additionally, it is proposed to reintroduce the exemption for war veterans, war invalids, and war widows. In return, the PSD wants Ukrainian refugees and migrants to pay CASS for the amounts received from the state.
