Ilie Bolojan said he would consider banning the accumulation of pension and salary in the public sector, noting that about 10,000 employees are in this situation. He believes that, in the context of staff cuts, it is fairer for those on pension to leave, leaving room for younger employees. Bolojan emphasized the importance of respecting the constitutional provisions before implementing the measures, in order to avoid later cancellations and maintain the credibility of the decisions.
