Elena Lasconi continues her attacks against Nicușor Dan: "He is not the head of the system, he is the puppet of the system"

President Nicușor Dan recently stated that one cannot fight the system from the position of its leader, emphasizing that state reform requires real instruments and not just declarations. Upon returning from Poland, he responded to accusations that he had become part of the system, asserting that his 20-year struggle against it is a certainty.

In contrast, former presidential candidate Elena Lasconi criticized Dan's statements, claiming that he does not belong and is a puppet of the system. Lasconi expressed concern that a leader who does not love the country cannot effectively fight against corruption and the system. Nicușor Dan emphasized the importance of maintaining a demarcation line between pro-Western and anti-Western forces, stating that he can deliver an honest Romania in time, without causing anarchy.
