Nicușor Dan pointed out that this amount is equivalent to the price of 60 new trams or the cost of the works to expand and modernize the sewage treatment plant and the construction of a sludge incinerator. Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu said that the 2024 state budget will focus on investments, accounting for about 7% of GDP.
