Nicușor Dan about the accusations against Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu: "I am not the competent authority to make legal classifications. We need to have a balance in the accusations we make."

President Nicușor Dan was asked on Friday, if Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu should be withdrawn from the Government after she allegedly sent emails to ADR and STS for the institutions to conclude contracts with a private German group.

"I am not the competent authority to make legal assessments. I do not want to refer to a particular case. We need to look at the huge, massive corruption, at the billions we lose from tax evasion. We need to have a balance in the accusations we make. There is a legal framework that I do not want to comment on," replied President Nicușor Dan.
