The Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, stated that Romania has made significant progress in transparency and the discipline of public resource management, under the leadership of the government of Ilie Bolojan.

Nazare emphasized that tax institutions, such as ANAF and Customs, have begun to adhere to the rules, correcting previous dysfunctions. Although this process is complex, it is essential for fulfilling the commitments made through the government program and in relation to international partners.

The minister warned that Romania is facing a significant deficit and a fragile economic balance, stressing that responsibility and wise decisions must prevail over party interests.

Nazare expressed his confidence that, through balance and maturity, solutions will be found for the economic stability of the country.
