Mircea Geoană's statement referred to a photo in which Hanan appears in front of a building used by the Aston Institute. The independent candidate claims it is a coincidence. Tal Hanan, also known as "Jorge", is an Israeli businessman and former special forces operative involved in disinformation campaigns.
