The draft aims to ban behaviors such as physical violence, name-calling, threats, multiple voting with another colleague's card, live streaming from the plenary, displaying banners or using the function for advertising. Among the proposed sanctions are a reduction in allowances, a limit on speeches or withdrawal of access to certain facilities.
