The president of PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court which declared the reform of magistrates' pensions constitutional, emphasizing that it is now the responsibility of the Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru, to ensure that European funds from PNRR are not lost. Grindeanu expressed satisfaction that the subject has been clarified, mentioning that he will not comment on the decisions of the CCR, but called for swift actions.

The CCR's decision allows for the reduction of magistrates' pensions and the increase of the retirement age, which will influence the pension system for this professional category. Grindeanu expressed confidence that Pîslaru will manage the situation correctly to avoid financial losses.
