Dragoș Anastasiu said that the publication of asset declarations is a "stupidity" that prevents valuable people from entering the public sector. He stressed the need to reform human resources to attract the best specialists, who should be well paid. Recently, the Constitutional Court ruled that civil servants are no longer obliged to declare their spouses' assets, and the publication of these declarations was declared unconstitutional, prompting a reaction from President Nicușor Dan, who supports transparency in public office.
