CSM believes that these statements represent an attack on the independence of justice and incite hatred and discrimination.

Following these comments, CSM decided to notify the competent authorities to investigate possible crimes of incitement to violence. CSM emphasizes that the financial independence of magistrates is not a privilege, but a guarantee of citizens' rights.
