First Vice President of PNL, Ciprian Ciucu stated on Antena 3 that he does not believe in a significant rupture within the party, despite information about a group of parliamentarians who might distance themselves from the leadership. He emphasized that if some members wish to leave, they have the right to do so, but they should not expect the formation of a separate group. Ciucu mentioned that each member is responsible for their decisions and that if someone no longer identifies with PNL, they can opt for other political options. He also highlighted the importance of respecting the party's decisions, stating that all members must follow the official line, even in cases where they disagree with certain decisions. He stressed that respecting decisions is essential for the unity of the party.
