Ciprian Ciucu is waiting for an apology from Cătălin Drulă to participate in a debate with him: "He insulted me, he called me a 'pig'. I knew him differently."

Ciprian Ciucu, the PNL candidate for the Capital City Hall, stated that he will not participate in an electoral debate with Cătălin Drulă, the USR leader, unless he apologizes for the insults made during the campaign. Ciucu mentioned that Drulă called him a "pig" and that he cannot discuss politics with someone who has resorted to such invectives. He also emphasized that he no longer recognizes Drulă, considering that he has been influenced by consultants from PSD.

The mayor of Sector 6 proposed organizing a debate among the top five candidates from the polls, but the initiative was blocked by the refusals of other opponents. He warned that a discussion limited to the center-right area could lead to electoral cannibalization, considering that the participants would compete for the same electorate. Ciucu promised that he would announce a decision soon.
